Los Gatos resident, Lynn O’Brien possesses extensive experience in Human Resources Management in competitive technology environments. Moreover, Lynn O’Brien is a Land Developer and is working on a resort development in Costa Rica, through her Los Gatos-based land development firms Sienna Oaks and Stonehenge Properties. Lynn O’Brien began her career working in Human Resources Management at organizations like Bay Networks and National Semiconductor. As Director of Human Resources, Lynn O’Brien established division of Human Resources, laying in place and managing all HR functions. Lynn wrote policies enabling corprate growth and during her time at AccessLan, Lynn supervised administration, facilities, and systems support organizations. Prior to accepting her role at AccessLan, Lynn O’Brien held positions as Division Employee Relations Director at Bay Networks and as Director of Human Resources at Chips and Technologies .Lynn O’Brien attended UOP for her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She  completed extensive professional training in fields from employment and labor law to advanced Human Resources Management. Outside the office, Lynn is dedicated to improving her community in Los Gatos and the greater Bay Area. Lynn O’Brien prevously served as a Board Member with the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art and the San Jose Art League. Lynn O’Brien performs volunteer work as a member of Summit League  and sit on the board for Bella Vista Charities.

Lynn O'Brien is involved in developing luxury real estate, decorating, playing tennis, biking, and volunteering in the community.
